Member of team that founded RedSky Mobility Solutions, LLC. with SECOR as majority shareholder.

Responsible for the development, strategic design and sales of RedSky. This start-up now has 8 technical development staff in the US and has a team of 37 in New Delhi in a separate structure called Trilasoft.

RedSky has been implemented in over 19 companies in 12 countries. Shareholders include Secor Group, Star Worldwide, Voerman Group, UTS International and UniGroup Worldwide. With the shareholding of UniGroup, one of the world’s largest moving & relocation firms; RedSky has been adopted by UniGroup UTS as a closed system only available to members of the UniGroup UTS network.

RedSky has been successful in creating a web-based environment which connects all the key stakeholders involved in a relocation into one single, synchronized file. Utilizing role-based security filters, it offers only relevant, appropriate access to each stakeholder.

April 2005 – Retired from Crown on excellent terms after 23 years of service to pursue other activities. Company had grown from having offices in 23 countries to over 40. Revenues increased from $90 million to over $300 million.

Helped to design and implement computer operating system which connected all Crown offices into a seamless network.

Helped to establish a successful corporate sales strategy group-wide; leveraging IT framework.

Established Crown University, an innovative recruitment and training program. Helped to establish and implement a group-wide branding strategy establishing Crown as a worldwide leader in international relocation, moving services, records management, logistics and warehousing.
